Some inhabitants of The Autumnlands possess the ability to travel freely between their world and ours; others interested in crossing over do so with the use of acquired magick. Fortunately, most visitors are benign, interested only in sightseeing and enjoying a laugh at the hapless mundanes. Others, however, have darker motives.
These two children have happened across the latter. The mask seller's wares are colorful and fun, each seemingly with a life of its own...yet one can only wonder what fate might befall these naive children should they actually purchase any of the enchanted masks...
